Refund policy
This is a starter policy. Please review it with a qualified advisor before publishing.
Digital guides
Digital products are delivered instantly and are generally non refundable. If a file will not open or the content is not what was described, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Workshops and events
Tickets can be transferred or refunded up to 7 days before the session. Inside 7 days we will offer a credit toward a future event where possible.
Blends
Custom blends are made to order. If a bottle arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it.
